What you will do

  • Own and evolve the lifecycle marketing strategy across lead nurture, trial onboarding, activation, and retention stages.
  • Design segmented email journeys supporting self-service PLG, mid-market, and enterprise GTM motions.
  • Partner with Product and Growth teams to optimize trial activation and free-to-paid conversion rates.
  • Build and manage scalable automation programs using Marketo, Gainsight, and Salesforce.
  • Establish testing frameworks to continuously optimize customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Analyze funnel and behavioral data to identify friction points and translate insights into business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing both PLG and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce is required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use product usage data for optimization.
  • Experience building triggered email workflows and behavioral-based segmentation.
  • Must be based in the USA.

  • Experience with Gainsight.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
