TL;DR

B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager (AI/SaaS): Owning email, in-product, and nurture programs to turn interest into pipeline across the B2B funnel with an accent on lead scoring, segmentation, and ABM programs. Focus on building scalable automation systems in HubSpot and Salesforce and using AI to personalize outreach and optimize the marketing-to-sales handoff.

Location: Remote (can be executed globally). Optional offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Design and optimize lifecycle and nurture campaigns across email and in-product channels for both self-serve (PQL) and enterprise (MQL/SQL) funnels.
  • Own lead scoring and segmentation models in HubSpot to ensure leads are routed and prioritized based on fit and intent.
  • Manage the marketing-to-sales handoff in partnership with RevOps and Sales to maintain clean data and tight feedback loops.
  • Build and execute ABM programs for target enterprise accounts, coordinating account-specific messaging.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows to personalize content, automate segmentation, and reduce time-to-launch.
  • Report on pipeline and revenue influence from lifecycle programs to prioritize future development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle, demand gen, or marketing automation, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot, including building workflows, scoring models, and automated nurture programs.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and how marketing and sales data connect end-to-end.
  • Proven experience managing lead scoring and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels.
  • Experience running or supporting ABM programs for target accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate funnel metrics into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI-powered marketing workflows for personalization or content generation.
  • Experience marketing to developer or technical buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and PQL-to-enterprise conversion.
  • SQL or basic data querying skills.
