What you will do

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal product managers.
• Identify and close sales opportunities for safety software and solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle and ensure annual targets are met.
• Maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline of future opportunities within the CRM.
• Take responsibility for formal bids and proposals.
• Provide strategic ideas to enhance sales performance and product effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work and travel within the EU.
• Must have or be able to gain NPPV or SC security clearance.
• Proven experience in IT sales and understanding of public sector organizations.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex deals and adhere to strict deadlines.
