What you will do

  • Support customers in achieving measurable outcomes through the effective use of products and services.
  • Deliver onboarding and training to ensure strong early engagement and solution adoption.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively identify risks, and support renewal outcomes.
  • Execute global success frameworks, including success planning and health scoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK or Bucharest, Romania.
  • Strong experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio of customers.
  • Experience working within structured processes, delivery frameworks, and CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, data, or insights-led environments.
  • Familiarity with higher education or public sector organizations.
  • Experience creating training or enablement content.
