Location: Hybrid working pattern including regular trips to the Manchester office (up to twice per month)

Salary: £40,000–£52,000

hirify.global is a Manchester-based SaaS company providing a product intelligence platform that empowers manufacturers and retailers to understand consumer preferences.

What you will do

  • Onboard new mid-market customers and ensure time-to-first-value (TTFV) is achieved within one week.
  • Drive adoption of the platform across the innovation cycle and category planning processes.
  • Monitor customer health and usage, taking corrective action and coordinating with Account Managers.
  • Manage the customer helpdesk and ensure SLAs are met, targeting a response time of under 2 hours.
  • Participate in QBRs and identify growth or expansion opportunities within client organizations.
  • Advocate for customer needs to improve product features and usability.

Requirements

  • Experience in research within CPG or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to train customers and build strategic professional relationships.
  • High attention to detail and excellence in output quality.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office regularly
