What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with charity customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Strategically manage a portfolio to ensure full potential, including driving win-backs and securing contract renewals.
  • Act as a product advocate to maximize feature adoption and influence growth.
  • Consult customers on maximizing engagement and donations toward their fundraising objectives.
  • Analyze data on donor behavior and market trends to provide actionable insights to charity partners.
  • Represent the brand at internal and external industry events.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the UK, Canada, Costa Rica, or the USA.
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship management and building strong client partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of the charity sector or a genuine passion for social impact.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse groups.
