What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for LIONS Intelligence products.
- Act as a trusted advisor for large advertising agencies, brands, and media owners to increase product usage.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the LIONS portfolio.
- Deliver tailored workshops to help customers integrate products into their business processes.
- Collaborate with Account Management and New Business teams to achieve retention and growth targets.
- Track customer insights and usage data using Salesforce to build strong cases for renewal.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management.
- Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).
- Strong interest in the advertising, marketing, and creativity industries.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with phone-based customer engagement.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for storytelling.
