What you will do
- Drive end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of technical and non-technical high-tech roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership in the US and Israel to define team dynamics and hiring needs.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent.
- Act as a local ambassador in the Bay Area to strengthen the employer brand.
- Utilize AI tools and data-driven insights to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting outcomes.
- Collaborate on global recruiting initiatives and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in hyper-growth tech companies, including at least one startup environment.
- Experience collaborating with international teams in a global setting.
- Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles, including technical and member care positions.
- Strong skills in sourcing and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Francisco, CA.
