What you will do

• Monitor daily payment metrics including approval rates, declines, and processing costs.
• Troubleshoot failed transactions and identify trends to minimize customer friction.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Support new PSP integrations, platform upgrades, and checkout testing.
• Compile payment performance reports using Metabase and Excel.
• Participate in a shared on-call rota to manage live payment incidents.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in payment operations or product optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and external partner coordination.
• Proactive, independent, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience within a UKGC-licensed iGaming business.
• Proficiency with Payment IQ or similar payment orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud prevention, and payment risk.
