What you will do

• Map virtual account and global banking providers, capturing scheme access, fees, and regulatory standing.
• Maintain master mapping of access to global payment schemes including SWIFT, SEPA, FedNow, and PIX.
• Research and compare disbursement options across rails, including mobile wallets and blockchain/stablecoins.
• Coordinate onboarding of new providers, managing KYC, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build and track implementation plans, milestones, and dependencies through to go-live.
• Monitor provider performance and SLAs via dashboards, reporting trends and incidents to leadership.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in payments, banking, treasury, or fintech.
• Knowledge of virtual accounts, cross-border payment rails, and real-time payment schemes.
• Understanding of digital asset rails and blockchain interoperability.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills for building comparison models.
• Experience with KYC and provider onboarding processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
