What you will do

• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define and deliver complex cross-organizational projects.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies at multiple organizational levels.
• Communicate project status and issues clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
• Apply agile best practices to coordinate implementations across teams with varying methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including technical program management.
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Basic understanding of payments and/or FinTech products and domain processes.
• Proven ability to use data-driven insights to solve business challenges.
• Experience in visualizing and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
