What you will do

• Drive transformation initiatives from concept to execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with defined ownership and outcomes.
• Maintain execution momentum across multiple workstreams as the central driver of the Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Collaborate with workstream leads and senior leadership to align priorities and unblock critical issues.
• Identify and resolve risks and dependencies to keep high-stakes initiatives on track.
• Track milestones and value targets to ensure operational and financial impact.

Requirements

• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Proven bias toward action and a track record of driving execution.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills for synthesizing insights for executive decision-making.
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology-driven environments.
