What you will do
- Build and coach a high-performing team of full-cycle AEs focused on mid-market and enterprise new business.
- Own and exceed multi-million-dollar new ARR targets through disciplined pipeline and forecasting.
- Develop and execute a repeatable GTM playbook across SLED and Corporate sectors.
- Forge strategic relationships with account stakeholders and lead sales calls weekly.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product to refine ICP, messaging, and pricing.
- Manage team operations, including territories, outbound strategy, and performance standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years of people management.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams in high-growth environments and exceeding targets.
- Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology to technical audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
