Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site 4 days/week)

Compensation: $180,000 – $225,000 base salary + commission + equity

Moonshot AI is a well-funded, early-stage startup developing generative AI solutions that enable websites to self-evolve and optimize conversion.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales strategy, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue execution.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives and BDRs.
  • Develop scalable sales playbooks and operational rigor to ensure efficient growth.
  • Recruit top-tier sales talent and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Personally lead strategic enterprise negotiations and manage key executive relationships.
  • Collaborate across GTM functions to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
  • Experience selling complex software in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing forecasting, pipeline, and sales KPIs.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
