What you will do
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, LinkedIn and email campaigns, and strong objection handling.
- Research, prospect, and schedule qualified meetings.
- Prepare detailed meeting prep documents to support Account Executives in delivering impactful first impressions.
- Consistently share insights and observations with cross-functional teams to continuously improve strategies.
- Meet daily activity KPIs and consistently exceed quarterly quota goals, contributing to overall pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing sales role (B2B SaaS is preferred).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
- Energetic, self-motivated attitude with a focus on action and execution.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand complex technology and translate it to customer benefits.
