What you will do
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas for solar installers and energy companies across Europe.
- Lead full-cycle sales opportunities from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and closing.
- Develop a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, inbound demand, and partner-sourced leads.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- Provide market and competitive insights to Product and Marketing teams to influence GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close.
- Ability to lead consultative sales by connecting customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline and revenue management.
- Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy technology, or construction technology.
- Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience in high-growth companies or expanding into new markets.
