hirify.global is a software company empowering solar professionals to design and install residential and commercial solar arrays accurately and at scale.

What you will do

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas for solar installers and energy companies across Europe.
  • Lead full-cycle sales opportunities from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, inbound demand, and partner-sourced leads.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Provide market and competitive insights to Product and Marketing teams to influence GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Ability to lead consultative sales by connecting customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline and revenue management.
  • Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy technology, or construction technology.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience in high-growth companies or expanding into new markets.
