What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outbound prospecting and social media research.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover organizational pain points and align value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate effectively with SDRs to build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the professional network.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an online software/tech company.
  • Substantial experience in B2B, outbound, enterprise, and C-level sales.
  • Proven experience working with US enterprise C-level clients.
  • Native English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LeadIQ.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams.
  • Familiarity with the hirify.global visual communication platform.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
