What you will do
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outbound prospecting and social media research.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover organizational pain points and align value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate effectively with SDRs to build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the professional network.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an online software/tech company.
- Substantial experience in B2B, outbound, enterprise, and C-level sales.
- Proven experience working with US enterprise C-level clients.
- Native English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LeadIQ.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams.
- Familiarity with the visual communication platform.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
