What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for strategic customers, managing timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Guide clients through complex data migration, mapping, and optimization processes.
• Analyze financial datasets across private equity, venture capital, and real estate sectors.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex onboarding challenges and provide expert solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Build and optimize AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding activities and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience designing and implementing AI workflows with measurable business impact.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis.
• Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scripting languages and data tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience mentoring teammates or leading projects.
