What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for digital account opening and online banking platforms.
• Develop and execute the bank's self-service banking strategy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues across digital platforms.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT required.
• Minimum 6 years of technology experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; Python experience is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating platforms like Q2, Alloy, MANTL, or Finxact is highly desirable.
