What you will do

• Lead AI-first product strategy for mortgage fulfillment workflows and decisioning systems to improve operator productivity.
• Redesign complex, multi-step operational processes to increase quality, speed, and predictability of closing outcomes.
• Develop internal tools for file setup, verification, conditions management, and underwriting readiness.
• Orchestrate how work moves across people and systems to ensure clear ownership and visibility into file progression.
• Drive integrations between hirify.global systems and third-party platforms (LOS, POS, credit, and closing tools).
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, define success metrics, and measure the business impact of product investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in regulated or operationally intensive environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong AI fluency and judgment to apply modern AI capabilities to workflow design and execution.
• Experience applying first-principles thinking to break down and rebuild fragmented end-to-end processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Proven track record of using data to shape priorities and make informed product decisions.
