Product Manager (Fintech)

Product Manager (Fintech): Driving strategic enterprise account relationships and cross-functional initiatives within the CPO's office with an accent on roadmap alignment, go-to-market execution, and complex stakeholder management. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Own strategic relationships for key enterprise accounts, managing migrations, roadmap negotiations, and escalations.
• Drive alignment between product prioritization and commercial goals in partnership with the CPO.
• Set go-to-market and customer lifecycle strategies using account-mapping dashboards.
• Manage client escalations end-to-end, diagnosing issues and aligning engineering and technical stakeholders on resolutions.
• Identify visibility gaps and build tools or dashboards to drive decision-making across product and account teams.
• Translate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder input into clear initiatives, epics, and actionable decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, strategic partnership management, or consulting, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to resolution.
• Strong executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience managing multiple senior external stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and working familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Must be able to work 3 days a week in the Toronto office.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, audit, or other regulated industries.
• MBA or equivalent business training.
• SQL or BI tool experience.
