What you will do

• Deliver white-glove servicing to investors and advisors throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Guide clients through subscription and AML/KYC requirements to ensure compliance.
• Serve as a primary liaison with fund administrators to resolve capital calls, redemptions, and reporting matters.
• Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging AI tools and workflow automation.
• Conduct client training sessions and platform demonstrations for prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fund Operations, or Transfer Agency.
• Strong proficiency in English required.
• Experience with alternative investment products like private equity or hedge funds.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to work in the Singapore office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Cantonese or Thai.
• Previous experience working at a fund administrator.
