Senior Manager, FP&A (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting for Commercial and go-to-market functions.
• Build the KPI and reporting backbone for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and broader GTM performance.
• Analyze profitability, cost management, revenue opportunities, and unit economics across regions, products, and segments.
• Translate financial analysis into recommendations and trade-offs for senior business leaders.
• Integrate AI and machine learning into FP&A processes to automate analysis, improve predictive modeling, and shorten reporting cycles.
• Mentor FP&A resources and improve scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience in high-growth businesses.
• Extensive experience partnering with GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams on revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and unit economics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, including driver-based forecasts and scenario analysis using large datasets.
• Experience influencing senior non-finance stakeholders and improving FP&A processes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Background in Big 4, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or in-house corporate finance.
• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, payments, or multi-region business models.
• Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Databricks, Tableau, Looker, or SQL.
• Experience managing and developing FP&A analysts.
