Senior Manager, FP&A (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting for GTM teams, ensuring alignment with EBITDA targets and long-range plans.
• Develop and implement the overall FP&A strategy to support company objectives and financial goals.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and report areas of concern to senior management.
• Partner with regional GMs and leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to optimize profitability and revenue opportunities.
• Drive the integration of AI and ML technologies into FP&A processes to automate routine analysis and enhance predictive modeling.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the function.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience in high-growth businesses.
• Extensive experience partnering with GTM teams, including revenue forecasting and unit economics (CAC, LTV).
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets for driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Proven track record of translating complex financial analysis into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.

Nice to have

• Early-career training in Big 4, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• FP&A experience in a fast-growing fintech or SaaS company with multi-region business models.
• Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Databricks, Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
• Experience managing and developing FP&A analysts to build scalable workflows.
