What you will do

• Collaborate with Finance, Front Office, Operations, and IT teams to align project goals with strategic objectives.
• Assist in the implementation of core banking system modifications, GL upgrades, and process automation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements and UAT scenarios.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Regional Finance Management team with financial, regulatory, and statutory reporting.
• Assist in responding to auditor requests and support the UK finance migration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong background in financial systems and project implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience using SQL.
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools.
