Warehouse Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead receiving activities for raw materials, purchased parts, and supplier deliveries, ensuring accurate verification, documentation, compliance, and discrepancy resolution.
• Develop kitting strategies and manage the preparation, staging, and delivery of production kits to manufacturing lines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle count programs, root-cause investigations, FIFO compliance, lot traceability, and ERP data integrity.
• Oversee production replenishment and warehouse-to-production material flow using pull systems, Kanban, supermarkets, and visual replenishment methods.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams while managing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, capacity, manpower, and operational-readiness targets.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, KPI reviews, and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 10+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory; semiconductor, related high-tech, or manufacturing experience is preferred within the required background.
• Proven track record in logistics strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian and international shipping regulations, customs regulations, and import/export laws.
• Proficiency in data analysis, advanced logistics software, and ERP systems for monitoring performance, forecasting needs, managing inventory, tracking shipments, and optimizing routes.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial factors required to balance cost with service quality.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
