Inventory & Logistics Manager (Robotics)

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, with inventory operations across Singapore and Johor Bahru

What you will do

• Own inventory accuracy, stock policies, cycle counts, stock takes, safety stock, reorder points, and traceability for HAUV parts, vehicles, and field equipment.
• Lead the warehouse team and improve receiving, storage, kitting, issuing, safety, 5S, and warehouse layout processes.
• Plan shipments of HAUVs, spares, and support equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments.
• Coordinate Singapore–Johor Bahru transfers, cross-border transport, customs documentation, freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
• Oversee dangerous goods shipping for lithium batteries in line with IATA DGR and IMDG requirements.
• Maintain logistics records, monitor inventory and logistics performance, and improve systems as the fleet scales.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management, including at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, marine, aerospace, or defence is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, warehouse processes, and Excel or Google Sheets reporting; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Experience with international and cross-border logistics, including Singapore–Malaysia shipments and customs processes.
• Working knowledge of dangerous goods shipping, especially lithium batteries, plus strong organisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with project-based or field deployments of heavy or high-value equipment.
• Familiarity with strategic goods and export control requirements.
• IATA DGR certification or dangerous goods training.
• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD.
• Experience setting up inventory systems in a scaling startup.
