What you will do

  • Lead a fullstack team responsible for the hirify.global Dedicated customer-facing control panel.
  • Hire and develop a high-performing team of frontend, backend, and reliability engineers.
  • Partner with Product and Design to define UI direction and wireframes for external users.
  • Own strategic planning, priorities, and quarterly delivery epics in coordination with the Product Manager.
  • Drive continuous improvements in system quality, security, and performance.
  • Ensure fast, high-quality cross-functional execution across technical writing, UX, and engineering.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven track record of building and owning large-scale distributed services.
  • Experience managing services with 99.99% SLOs and driving operational excellence.
  • History of building high-performing, accountable remote team cultures.
  • Technical depth to guide architecture and technical strategy.
  • Experience leveraging AI tooling to enhance team productivity.
