• Recruit and scale a high-performing engineering team across China, US, and Europe.
• Translate product direction and technical strategy into clear engineering execution and delivery.
• Coordinate across product, research, and leadership teams to resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams.
• Ability to structure engineering work and maintain steady development velocity.
