What you will do

• Structure engineering workstreams and ensure projects progress efficiently and consistently.
• Identify risks, unblock engineers, maintain development velocity, and uphold engineering standards.
• Translate product direction and technical strategy into clear engineering execution.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and guide system design decisions and implementation trade-offs.
• Build and scale an engineering team across China, the US, and Europe, including recruiting and hiring standards.
• Coordinate with product, research, and leadership teams to resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Experience managing or leading engineering teams.
• Ability to structure engineering work and maintain development velocity.
• Strong judgment in technical decision-making and scalable, maintainable system design.
• Comfort working in early-stage environments with clear communication and independent execution.
