What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver tailored software demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
  • Mentor junior account executives and share best practices to support team development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 6+ years of experience in software sales, specifically within SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
