Compensation: $100K – $160K + Equity

What you will do
- Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
- Standardize internal processes, reporting, and documentation to support scaling the customer base by 5-10x.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts representing $1.2M - $1.5M in ARR.
- Design and implement systems that facilitate organizational scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for complex client issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Proven experience leading others in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Expertise in project management with a track record of deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, high-chaos, and hyper-growth settings.
- Must be based in the USA (onsite for SF Bay Area residents, remote for others).
Nice to have
- Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.
- Prior startup experience.
