What you will do

• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
• Standardize internal processes, reporting, and documentation to support scaling the customer base by 5-10x.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts representing $1.2M - $1.5M in ARR.
• Design and implement systems that facilitate organizational scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for complex client issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Proven experience leading others in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Expertise in project management with a track record of deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to thrive in autonomous, high-chaos, and hyper-growth settings.
• Must be based in the USA (onsite for SF Bay Area residents, remote for others).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.
• Prior startup experience.
