Supply Chain Process Owner

Location: Den Bosch ('s-Hertogenbosch), the Netherlands; hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

Salary is based on 38 hours per week; full-time work is 40 hours per week. Employees can choose between 40 holidays with a 38-hour salary or a 40-hour salary with 28 holidays.

What you will do

• Design, document, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Maintain the Business Process House framework and apply process governance standards.
• Analyze process performance through KPIs and fit/gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect business requirements, assess impacts, and translate needs into structured change requests.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations Specialists, Solution Architects, and IT teams on technology solutions, including ERP-related initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project workstreams and embed process improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in process management, supply chain operations, business transformation, or consulting.
• Experience with business process design, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and business process management tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and an existing legal right to work in the Netherlands are required. Work or residence permits will not be sponsored.
