Associate Director, GBS Supply Chain Business Partner (EMEA)

What you will do

• Lead the transformation agenda for GBS Supply Chain across people, processes, and digital capabilities.
• Partner with regional business teams, the Global Center of Excellence, and GBS capability teams to set priorities and deliver the transformation roadmap.
• Manage strategic relationships with external service providers and oversee outsourced Order Management teams.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across Supply Chain and Order Management processes.
• Define and implement a service expansion roadmap across developed and emerging markets.
• Establish governance and improve customer satisfaction, accountability, and decision-making across regional business partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, ideally across operational and transformational roles.
• Experience in the FMCG or CPG industry; multi-regional experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, S&OP/IBP, and Logistics principles.
• Expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, SCM software, and analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, change management, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
