EU Supply Chain Leader

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across the EMEA network, covering customer experience, demand and supply planning, logistics procurement, and execution.
• Own the regional SIOP process, connecting demand, supply, and finance to optimize capacity, working capital, and service.
• Improve customer fulfillment by reducing lead times, material allocation issues, and delivery deviations.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, commercial, finance, Asia Pacific, and North America teams to align supply reliability, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive AI-enabled digital transformation, digitization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Track and improve KPIs including OTIF, customer satisfaction, safety, import/export compliance, freight cost, scheduling attainment, and automation rate.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or chemical industry environments.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, including demand and supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering across operations, procurement, commercial, and finance.
• Demonstrated success with supply chain redesign, capability building, digital transformation, and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, team-building, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to work from the Hoefhoek, Netherlands location.
