What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and lead generation funnels.
• Build and manage complex automation workflows and customer journeys in GoHighLevel.
• Create engaging social media content, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Maintain and optimize WordPress websites and Elementor landing pages for conversion.
• Deploy email marketing campaigns and manage member communication sequences.
• Provide operational support to franchisees and studio managers to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM automation, or marketing coordination.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar automation platforms.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to work during AEST business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting franchise or multi-location business models.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with Meta Ads.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
