What you will do
- Develop creative marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce scripts, visuals, and high-performing landing pages.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven metrics like CTR, CAC, and ROAS.
- Oversee end-to-end content creation workflows, directing designers, writers, and videographers.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to align marketing with GTM strategies and product launches.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, or digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing: Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and SEO.
- Proven experience executing campaigns or producing creative content.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Must be based in Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Experience in tech, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, HubSpot, or Hotjar.
- Basic creative skills in copywriting, scripting, and visual briefing.
- Experience mentoring juniors or leading small creative projects.
