TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Perth, Western Australia or Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Oversee search budgets and optimize digital channels like Google, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow for primary and secondary markets.
  • Identify and execute strategies for market expansion into core and emerging regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as senior marketing leader (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing) in B2B SaaS or tech with SMB customers.
  • Hands-on experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • Track record driving inbound acquisition via paid, earned, owned channels in self-serve/low-touch models.
  • Expertise in SEM diversification, organic growth, affiliates, co-marketing, events, brand building, and digital ad budgets.
  • Strong analytics for CAC, MQL/pipeline, ROI; experience with partnerships as growth lever.
