Coordinator I, Program Marketing (Marketing): Creating and implementing full life-cycle marketing campaigns for government OTA opportunities with an accent on event logistics, digital asset design, and technical workflow management. Focus on driving engagement through multi-channel outreach, managing the MarTech stack, and supporting strategic divisions like Space Systems Command and Naval Surface Warfare Center.
Location: Remote (United States). Must reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, IN, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.

What you will do
- Create and manage marketing communications including emails, social posts, and website content.
- Design creative assets such as banners, graphics, and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Set up and manage the MarTech stack, including virtual event platforms, email workflows, and list tracking.
- Execute direct market outreach via sequences, direct messaging, and phone calls to generate interest.
- Coordinate event logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person conferences, trade shows, and industry days.
- Assist with reporting metrics and campaign optimization to present performance data to government customers.
Requirements
- Must reside in AL, FL, IN, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong organizational skills with exemplary attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project-specific events.
- Confidence in learning new software programs and technical tools quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Proficiency in CMS tools such as WordPress and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms including LinkedIn, Google, and Rollworks.
