What you will do

• Execute end-to-end B2B webinar programs for enterprise and ecosystem partner streams.
• Manage production pipelines including strategy, scripting, guest sourcing, and multi-channel promotion.
• Coordinate partnerships with major players such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Anthropic, Google, and Meta.
• Oversee relationships with third-party publishers and agencies for sponsored thought-leadership content.
• Manage "What's New" product series and launch LinkedIn Live as a companion channel.
• Partner with growth marketing to track commercial accountability, MQL attribution, and budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing webinars or branded content series in a B2B or enterprise marketing context.
• Experience managing partnership or co-marketing relationships to secure partner-led content.
• Ability to manage third-party publishers and agencies, negotiating scope and quality.
• Strong skills in guest sourcing, pitching, and managing internal/external talent.
• Working knowledge of webinar platforms (Goldcast, YouTube, LinkedIn Live) and campaign tracking (UTMs).
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
