What you will do

• Produce end-to-end content including video, social media assets, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Execute rapid marketing experiments to test hypotheses and optimize reach and engagement.
• Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, editing, analysis, and automation to accelerate workflows.
• Manage and deliver events, meetups, and webinars from concept to execution.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics to drive lead generation.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing and founders to scale platform growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work.
• Proven experience in the creator economy, social platforms, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to edit video, design assets, and build web pages independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Experience in event management and building professional relationships.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-first marketing workflows (e.g., Runway, ElevenLabs, CapCut).
• Demonstrable portfolio of viral or high-reach content.
