hirify.global is an established private investment firm specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of manufactured housing communities.

What you will do

  • Own marketing performance across the property portfolio, tracking KPIs for lead flow and engagement.
  • Manage social media content calendars, email campaigns, and corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for Property Managers and oversee a Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Maintain and optimize WordPress websites, Google Business Profiles, and local digital listings.
  • Coordinate external vendors for photography, videography, and advertising creative.
  • Build repeatable processes and document workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or service-based businesses.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including segmentation, workflows, and campaign execution.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and website content optimization.
  • Proven ability to set KPIs, track results, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated leadership or project ownership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
