What you will do

  • Identify and engage target clients matching the ICP to qualify and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans for customers with high growth potential.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and campaign data within ConnectWise and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Ops to align acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company internally, externally, and online.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' continuous experience in a new business role specifically within the telecoms sector.
  • Formal sales training covering account planning, qualification, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and IoT industry market dynamics and technology.
  • Proven track record of successfully hitting new business sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally ConnectWise) and Microsoft Office.
  • Active LinkedIn presence for pipeline building.
