What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of medium-sized business customers with low or dormant spend.
  • Proactively prospect and create conversations with potential customers where little existing relationship exists.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from outbound engagement to closing.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to convert them into contracted sales.
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure strict CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Handle objections in complex customer situations using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Recent hands-on experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally desk-based or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals through personal effort.
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a target-driven, KPI-led environment.
  • Structured working style with strong attention to pipeline and CRM discipline.
  • Confident communication skills for engaging with business decision-makers.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling technology, connectivity, or complex service-based solutions.
  • Professional background in telecommunications, IT, or finance.
  • Experience managing larger or fragmented customer portfolios.
