What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of medium-sized business customers with low or dormant spend.
- Proactively prospect and create conversations with potential customers where little existing relationship exists.
- Execute the full sales cycle from outbound engagement to closing.
- Identify and qualify opportunities to convert them into contracted sales.
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure strict CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Handle objections in complex customer situations using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally desk-based or inside sales.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals through personal effort.
- Ability to perform and thrive in a target-driven, KPI-led environment.
- Structured working style with strong attention to pipeline and CRM discipline.
- Confident communication skills for engaging with business decision-makers.
