What you will do
- Lead a team of specialists managing end-to-end customer operations from inquiry to invoicing and delivery.
- Monitor and optimize key performance targets, including on-time delivery and transportation reliability.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues related to orders, delivery, and compliance.
- Manage transportation activities, including forwarder performance and collaboration with logistics partners.
- Oversee trade compliance, customs regulations, and Incoterms to secure compliant outbound flows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer support, planning, fulfilment, or logistics.
- Proven experience in team leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of order-to-delivery processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SFDC) and data analysis tools.
- Expertise in customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
