What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for office staff IT issues.
  • Provide direct support for Windows and MacOS, ensuring compliance with IT standards.
  • Manage BAU tasks including ticketing, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding for new joiners across multiple geographic locations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office technical equipment, including video conferencing and network peripherals.
  • Improve systems by developing automations and scripting deployments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
  • Experience with MDM systems such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, or Kandji.
  • Proficiency in ITSM/Service Desk ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for various computers and operating systems, specifically MacOS.
  • Willingness to visit office locations in Kent and London as required.

Nice to have

  • Scripting knowledge or experience in Bash or PowerShell.
  • Industry-specific background in finance.
  • Experience in network management and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of security protocols and threat mitigation strategies.
