What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for office staff IT issues.
- Provide direct support for Windows and MacOS, ensuring compliance with IT standards.
- Manage BAU tasks including ticketing, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
- Coordinate technical onboarding for new joiners across multiple geographic locations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office technical equipment, including video conferencing and network peripherals.
- Improve systems by developing automations and scripting deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
- Experience with MDM systems such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, or Kandji.
- Proficiency in ITSM/Service Desk ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for various computers and operating systems, specifically MacOS.
- Willingness to visit office locations in Kent and London as required.
Nice to have
- Scripting knowledge or experience in Bash or PowerShell.
- Industry-specific background in finance.
- Experience in network management and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of security protocols and threat mitigation strategies.
