Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — requires presence in the office 2-3 days a week

What you will do
- Provide in-person and remote IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs using Jira and Confluence.
- Maintain workspace technology and meeting room AV systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Handle IT stock management and configure equipment for new employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and engineering squads to resolve complex technical problems.
- Explore and implement AI and automation to enhance service delivery and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience providing IT support in a corporate or service desk environment.
- Proficiency in supporting both Windows and macOS ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Zoom, Jamf, and Jira.
- Understanding of ITIL-aligned practices (Incident, Change, Problem).
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to the London office 2-3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise AV systems such as Neat or Cisco.
- Knowledge of identity management tools and IDPs (e.g., Okta).
- Familiarity with mobile device management via Jamf, Intune, or Tanium.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
