Location: Hybrid (Cardiff/Newport, UK). Based in Newport until approximately September 2026, then permanently moving to Cardiff. Requires spending at least 40% of time (two days per week) at an office site.

Salary: £78,098 - £91,880

What you will do

• Lead the Retention & Ecosystems strategy to drive long-term value for customers and the business.
• Define and deliver a product roadmap enabling partner-led retention journeys with OEMs, dealers, and brokers.
• Utilize data, insights, and predictive models to identify and act on customer retention opportunities.
• Build ecosystem capabilities allowing customers to access related products and services for everyday needs.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate delivery with engineering, data, commercial, and partner teams.
• Develop connected, orchestrated customer experiences throughout the mobility lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, owning backlogs and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into delivery while balancing commercial and technical needs.
• Experience working with data-driven products, including analytics, triggers, or predictive models.
• Strong collaboration skills for influencing cross-functional teams (engineering, data, commercial).
• Understanding of platforms, integrations, or ecosystem-based products.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cardiff/Newport, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in motor finance, automotive, or mobility ecosystems.
• Exposure to partner-led journeys (OEM, dealer, broker, or marketplace models).
• Knowledge of API/integration-led platforms or customer lifecycle products.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations within financial services.
