What you will do

• Define and lead the implementation of product roadmaps to support business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Lines of Business.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and stakeholder requirements.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to business partners and stakeholders.
• Drive a SAFe mindset across product teams to ensure efficient delivery of features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in product management or program execution.
• Strong background in Agile or SAFe development methodologies.
• Advanced consultative and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Deep business acumen and understanding of financial industry processes.
