What you will do

• Own the complete product lifecycle including discovery, strategy, roadmap development, and long-term optimization.
• Define product vision and success metrics using user research, stakeholder insights, and performance data.
• Lead product discovery initiatives to validate assumptions and shape product direction.
• Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to deliver user-focused products.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance and guide future investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, User-Centered Design, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience leading complex, cross-functional products.
• Experience managing products across all lifecycle stages from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Strong background in research-driven and user-centered product development.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in education, nonprofit organizations, or curriculum development.
• Experience creating new products from concept through launch.
