What you will do

• Decompose validated problem statements into customer jobs to be done and detailed feature requirements.
• Define and prioritize the MVP roadmap based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including writing specs, running sprints, and overseeing engineering handoffs.
• Design and document repeatable product management processes for new ventures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, legal, compliance, and sales.
• Execute structured handoffs of mature products to General Managers and dedicated teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record in 0-to-1 product development.
• Ability to set product vision and execute at a detailed, hands-on level.
• Demonstrated experience in decomposing high-level problems into technical specs and user flows.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across functions without formal authority.
• Strong written communication skills for creating product briefs and decision documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as the role is restricted to US-based candidates.

Nice to have

• Design fluency with the ability to create wireframes and make UX decisions.
• Experience running the full scrum process as a Product Manager.
• Experience shipping B2B products in regulated environments (legal, compliance, procurement).
