What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Author Enablement, aligning decisions with annual company goals.
• Conduct structured discovery, including hypothesis definition and research, to identify and solve internal team needs.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Design to ship high-quality features that drive adoption.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
• Track internal tool usage and leverage data to iterate on product strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain with a valid work permit.
• Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back and prioritize effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to inform product decisions.
• Natural use of AI in daily product management workflows.
• Proficiency in the full PM toolkit, including PRDs, user stories, and A/B testing.
